Last fall we put in a set of French doors in our bedroom. We thought it would be neat to have a small deck that we could sit out in the cool of the summer evenings and enjoy the sunset and the evening breezes we always get.
We had some wood left over from the deck we built last year and decided to see if we had enough to build this small deck.
Here it is, on it's temporary supports. Next week we will pour the footings and set the 4x4x8's which will support the roof. We did sit out on in last night. Pretty neat!
Stan was also able to replace the cracked lines in our little camp trailer. We bought it a couple of years ago and have been out in it once. Time is something we don't have a lot of. But it is now ready to go. We are hoping to use it several times this year. It has to be close, because I have to work Fridays. Stan is able to have several 4 day weekends. So he will go and set it up, then when I get off work, I meet him there. We'll be able to stay until Saturday evening. Not a lot of time, but we never relax unless we are 'away'. It will be nice.

That will be great to see the sunsets. You are right you never relax at home.
