Our Christmas tree this year did an amazing thing...it is putting on new growth. We have never had one do this before. The new growth on the top is about 3 inches!
It was cut down the day after Thanksgiving. We put it in our tree holder and have kept water in the holder to keep the needles on the tree. Today is New Year's and I wanted to post pictures of the new growth on the tree.
We are going to keep it in water, see if it grows roots, and if it does, replant it in our yard in the spring. I'll keep you 'posted'.
