Smith Family Christmas Fun.

We were so excited when Richard called and said that he was going to be able to come. He had thought that he was going to have to work the weekend. Rachel thought that he needed his beard braided, and was a good sport while she braided it. He wanted a hair cut, so I did that.

We were able to get the kids relatively calm enough for a picture. With the oldest being 6, that is somewhat of a challenge, but captures the image for later memories. We so wish that Isaac and his family could have been here, that would have added 5 more to the picture.

Uncle "Fred", none of the nieces or nephews knows him by anything else, gets in on the rough housing!

There were lots and lots of 'dog piles'. I wasn't able to get the picture of Uncle Endrit piling all of the boys on top of Alex. Alex thought they were doing all the climbing by themselves. Uncle Endrit fits right in with the rowdy boys in our family. He can definitely hold his own.

Looks like you guys had a great weekend. It was very crazy up at the Sparrow's house too.

I think the braid looks better personally...it fits with the Mohawk :)
