TN...MO...TN...So much to do....so little time!

We had the wonderful opportunity to fly to Tennessee on the 31st of March. It's hard when some of your family live so far away that you only see them about once a year. This is our beautiful granddaughter Charlotte.

Tis the season for those 'colorful' eggs that show up in the most interesting places.

Look at the concentration on Charlotte and Savannah's faces!

Of course, it was totally necessary for Maddie to join in. She didn't have quite the hang of the utensils the other girls were using, hence...blue fingers.

Savannah is such a beauty, and was SO careful getting the eggs out.

Charlotte and Savannah are so good together, no fighting, just took turns doing all of the dipping.

The girls just couldn't have a better Mom than Heidi, she is awesome.

Now the 2nd fun thing...finding those colorful eggs!

Looks like we have about the same amount!!!!

The weather was beautiful! Shirt sleeves and bare feet! We were able to go to Isaac's work and have a bit of a tour of what he does. Heidi says she has the most awesome husband who has the most awesome job in the world. She truly has helped him become the man he is!

The 3rd best thing, of course the funnest part...eating the candy! They ate a lot of the 'real' eggs too. Only kids I've seen do that. They traded back and forth. Smart kids!

At the end of the day, there was some quiet time with mom and dad playing with Zach. It will be fun to watch him, Zach, develop his personality and find out who he is. That was Thursday!

Friday, we traveled to St. Louis, MO to witness the sealing of England to her new family! It was a bit of an emotional day for me. England is SO happy. After the sealing, she told me that she couldn't go home with me, this was her family now. I'm so grateful for her family.

Her little sister, Elizabeth, was able to be in the temple with them.

They have been going to the temple and telling her about the time they would become a 'forever' family. England was SO happy and excited!

We spent the night with Katie and Michael. England has always been her grandpa's 'googy'. They did their 'crazy nut' and 'bonk head' stuff....had a GREAT time.

Isaac and Heidi and their family were there as well! Zach was smiling at his dad.

When England saw the girls, she was SO excited. They all had lots of fun. Sleep did NOT come early. They talked and giggled LONG after they were put to bed.

Elizabeth and Zach got to know each other a little bit. Elizabeth loved looking at him, she just stared and stared. Someone almost as little as she was.

Saturday morning we packed up and headed back to Tennessee. Spent a few more hours with Isaac's family then to bed. Sunday morning, we had to get up early and leave. Isaac happened to being leaving for a two week training course on Sunday. So, we all drove together to the airport in the rental car which gave us that much more time with him.

Lots and lots of miles, lots of smiles and laughs, and a few tears...it was wonderful!!!!
