Alex and Brydie welcomed #4, Darcee Kay.
She kept her two little hands up to her face.
Darcee arrived on the 1st day of spring! Stan and I, and Rachel and Endrit were able to go to the hospital today and meet Darcee and spend some time with Alex and Brydie. Rachel and I took turns holding Darcee, we were polite and shared... reluctantly.
She had developed 'new born' spots, but she is a beautiful little girl....with LOTS of hair, compared with her siblings!
Her hair is also a lot darker than the other kids were.
Grandpa even wanted in on the turns of holding her.
Proud grandpa, or what?
The way Alex was smiling and talking, you would have thought he was the one who did all the work!
Of course with so much handling, she needed to be re-wrapped!

Alex is definitely a proud papa.
Grandpa was pretty impressed with his newest granddaughter.
Darcee has a ways to go before she is bigger than Oscar.
Oscar has been around with all of the children, this was his first photo opt with Darcee, more to come I'm sure!

Ahhhhh....babies are grand. Congrats.
Congratulations! She is beautiful. Don't you just love getting to add to your family and have someone else do all the work? Being a grandma is the BEST!
